1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AdminButler platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AdminButler ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Services

AdminButler is a matching platform that connects individuals and businesses ("Clients") with professional service providers ("Partners") in Cyprus. We facilitate introductions between Clients and Partners but do not ourselves provide accounting, legal, tax, audit, or any other professional services.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Platform without our written consent
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Platform

5. Partner Credits and Payments

Partners may purchase credits to submit proposals on service requests. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time with reasonable notice to Partners.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of AdminButler or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any services provided by Partners matched through the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdminButler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdminButler, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
